These terms apply to every individual who opens an account with 24bet and uses our platform where local law permits. By completing registration, you confirm that you accept these terms in full and that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Yes. You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closure, any remaining balance in your wallet must be withdrawn to your verified UPI, Paytm or PhonePe account.

Disputes should be raised with our support team within 30 days of the transaction date. We investigate all claims internally and aim to resolve them within 10 working days. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory body.
